In the name of god amen I Thomas Andrew of the parish of St Enoder in the
County of Cornwall, being grown old and weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and
understanding thanks be to god for it, and calling to mind the mortality of mans
body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to dye make and
ordaine this to be my last will and Testament in maner and form as following
principally and first of all I recommend my soul unto the hands of almighty god
that give it hopeing to Receive pardon and forgivenis for all my sins and
my body to the earth to be interred after a Christian like and decent maner
of burial at the Discretion of my Execrs, here after names and as for such
worldly goods as it hath pleased god to bless me with in this life I give devise
and dispose of in maner and form following
Imprimus I give and bequeath to my wife the bed over the kiching furnished as astands
wherein I give to my wife the clome upon the shelf and the little iron Croke and
also two platters and a half dozen of plates and also I give to my wife the round
table over the kiching Item I give to my wife five pounds a year out of my
Estate called Tresurruns to be paid by quartly payments during her life
Item I give to my eldest son John the Estate I now live in called by the
name of Tollamena with all the tools in the shope
Item I give to my daughter Mary ten shillings
Item I give to my son Thomas ten shillings
Item I give to my daughter Bettreas five pounds
Item I give to my daughter Effe five pounds
and also five pounds more wich was Given by her oncle John gay?
Item I give all the rest of my Estate and goods I am now posest of to my
son John and my son William equaly to be divided and doe make them
to be my whole and sole Exeors of this my last will and Testament as
witness my hand and seale this fifteen day of may 1736

In the name of God Amen I Philippa Andrew of the Parish of St Enoder in the County of
Cornwall widow being of a sound and disposing mind and memory thanks be to God for the same do hereby
make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I give devise
and bequeath unto my daughter Phillippa Andrew the fee simple and inheritance of all that Tenement called
or known by the name of Arrallas silnats? lying and being in the Parish of St Enoder in the said County and also
the fee simple and inheritance of all that Part of the Tenemt of Pengelly in the Parish of St Erme in the said
County which was lately in the Pofsefsion of John Bone deced to Hold the same imediately after my Decease to the
said Philippa Andrew her Heirs and Afsignes forever. Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughters Prudence, Mary
and Jane and to each of them the Sum of four? Pounds yearly by quarterly Payments to be issuing and payable out of
all that Tenemt called by the name of Penscawen? in the said Parish of St Enoder for and during the Continuance of
the Lease now subsisting And in Case the same or any Part thereof shall be behind and not ……… to enter and disharm
for recovery thereof Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughters Mary and Jane the sum of one hundred
and twenty Pounds apiece to be paid them respectively if they attain the age of twenty five years or if either of them
shall happen to dye before she shall attain that age I do hereby give and devise the said one hundred and twenty Pounds to the
Survivior All the rest and residue and remainder of my Goods Chattells and Effects whatsoever or wheresoever not herein
before given and bequeathed I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said daughter Philippa Andrew whom I do hereby
make constitute and appoint Sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set
my Hand and Seal this twenty first Day of October 1752

this my last Will and Testament in manner following
I give my soul into the hands of Almighty God Trusting through
the Merits of my dear Redeemer to obtain Everlasting life
I desire all my Debts shall be fully paid
I Give unto my wife Margret the yearly Sum of Six pound a year
to be paid quarterly out of all my Estates During her Naturall Life
I Give likewise unto my wife Margret the Houss and Housshold Goods
we live in During her Naturall Life I give likewise unto my wife
Margret one Milks Cow and the Mare to be kept by my Executor for
her use during her Naturall Life I likewise Give her the Boer
I Give unto my Daughter Issabel the wife of Richard Hooper the sum of five pound
I Give unto my Daughter Mary the Sum of Forty five
pound one half two be payd one month after my Deceace the other
half at the end of Twelve months after I likewise Give unto my
Daughter Mary the Liberty of Living in Quarey? Houss while she Live
unmareyed I Likewise Give unto my Daughter Mary the Beed
furnished she Ly on And After the Death of my wife I Give her the rest of the household Goods
I Give unto my Granson Andrew the son of Richard Hooper one Beed
furnished after the Deceace of my wife Margret
I Give unto my son Walter all my Estate of Lands I Possess to him
and Heirs forever All the rest of my Goods and Chattles I likewise Give and
Bequeath unto my son Walter Who I make my whoale and soale

in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, being at this time in a weak State
of bodily health, but of a sound and disposing Mind, memory and Understanding
do male and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner and
Form following
First – I resigne my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave
it and my Body to the Earth to be decently interred at the
Discretion of my Executors herein aftenamed
Item – I Will that all my just Debts and Funeral Charges be fully
satisfied and paid
Item – I give and bequeath unto my sons John & Joseph, and Daughters
Mary & Elizabeth the sum of forty Pounds each, to be paid
at their arriving at the full age of twenty one years each,
provided that my Trustees hereafter named shall think
my Estate equal to such a Bequest without Damage
to my Executors
If any of my above-named Children should die before he
she or they arrive at the age of twenty one, my will is that
such Portion or Portions be equally divided among the Survi
vor or Survivors of them
Lastly All the Residue and Remainder of my real and personal Estate
whatsoever (except before excepted, I give, devise and bequeath
unto my beloved Wife and Son Thomas share and share
alike, provided that he, my said Son, shall conduct
himself so as to be approved of by my Trustees, if
otherwise, to be portioned at their discretion
And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my dear Brother
John Andrew and my good Friends John Trebilcock & Samuel Trebil=
cock, Yeoman, and my Wife Mary Andrew, Executors of this my last Will and Testament and
Guardians over my Children, In Witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and Seal this seventeenth Day of August in the
year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and seventy seven
