At the Annual Vestry Meeting held in the Vestry Room of St Enoder March 26^th 1855

Resolved -

That the Church Rate be allowed & that a rate at ½ in the Pound be ----ted for the ensuing year

That the Overseers accounts be allowed

That the Waywardens accounts be allowed

That Mr Bice & Mr George Bassett be Surveyors for the ensuing year

That Mr Parks & Mr Langdon be Churchwardens

That Mr Silas Tamblyn & Mr Williams be Overseers

Mr Francis, Mr Mark Martyn, Mr John Courtis & Mr John Bassett

That Mr Langdon be Assessor

That Mr Langdon be Treasurer of the penny Rate

That Mr Bice & Mr Johns be Guardians

That Mrs Rebecca Martyn be ca----- communicated? with in reference to her having caused a Tra-- Road to be made across a Parish road
